Kieran J Timmins, Director (Chief Executive Officer)

Kieran is a founding member of SmartCentric and has been the driving force behind the establishment of SmartCentric.  He has steered SmartCentric's flagship product, SmartCity, from a smart card-based e-purse (electronic purse) application to a smart card system that supports multiple applications on a single card supporting either RFID technologies or traditional contact technologies.  Kieran background is a combination of management, technical and marketing. He has extensive experience in the Financial Services and Smart Card Industry, both domestically and internationally and has held a number of management, marketing, and technical positions during a twenty seven-year career in companies such as Fujitsu Services (formerly ICL), Kindle Banking Systems (now part of Misys Group), IBM and Smurfit Computing. Kieran received his Masters in Management from Trinity College Dublin Ireland

Alexander Dolgikh, Director

Alexander is the Head of Sales & Regional Development Department / Deputy Director General, LUKOIL-Inter-Card Responsible for corporate marketing policy, sales promotion (fuel cards), development of regional branches.
